Yes, there is no prolbem to change colors and the length of sleeve of the doll in the cute sytle. Morever, you can also enquire to add a cap or not to have a cap on the doll as well. You just need to write your enqiury down in the last step of purchasing in the box of other requirement.

2.If the doll is damaged while receiving it, what could I do?
Yes, it is possible to happen although we do our best to protect this doll and Use the private delivery, DHL, try to deliver it in the safest way. If you receive it and it is broken, please take 2~3 photos and send it to our mail, within 3 hours when you receive it. We will evaluate the condition of damage to compensate your lost.

3.Do you have the retail store?

4.There is no where I can upload my photo after purchase, why?
After you purchase the minime online, you will have a reference number instantly,then send your photo to us via email with that reference number, this is because usually when you upload a big size picture, it may take times and customer sometimes does not understand what is happening behind. so the best way to do so is send required photos via email.

5.Can I review the doll before you delivery it?
Yes, basically what will happen is once you place the order and send us your picture, we will start reviewing your picture,if the picture does not meet our requirements, we will ask you to provide a new one before going to next step,once we done the doll, we will ask you for reviewing,if you think it's not okay, we will make changes based on your advice until you are happy with it. then we will process the doll to final step and delivery to your address.

It's made of clay. But it's not as weak as it is, after the final process, it will become hard so the shape will not be changed after it is done.

Because this is made of clay and you will not see it as similar as waxwork, it is in a cute style, but you will definatly see the resemblance, just check out our samples to see what is it looks like.

The width of minime is between 5cm and 10cm, and the height of minime is between 15cm and 20cm, it is really depend on the appearance of minime, for example. the standing one will be higher than the sitting one.
